Shipping & Returns



It can take up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. The processing and packing time is separate from the shipping time. The shipping estimated time is added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will ship via USPS. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS Priority. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.


You will receive an email when your order ships out along with a tracking number.

If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still processing and has not shipped out yet.



If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.

Shirts N Stuff does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.



We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.


 - All sales are final.

 -We only accept returns if item has a manufacturers defect.

- You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

- All returns must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached and in their original packaging.

- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 

- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

- Customers should have 7 days from receiving product to report any issues with order or defects.

- We have the right to refuse your return if we felt the item is not in the condition it was sent to you in. If your return is rejected when it arrives to us then we will send it back to you.

- We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.

- We cannot make changes to orders once they are placed so please check all your details including address and size before completing your order.

- We do not accept exchanges and only provide refunds for all returns

- We are not responsible for any mistakes in addresses you input.

 - ALL orders for returns are not refunded their original shipping cost.
